Abstract

The book by Professor Andrés G. Seguel constitutes an analytical contribution on several fronts: On the theoretical level, by virtue of betting on the theory of complexity since it gives an account of a series of recent moments in the history of the country, which if Although today they are not part of public opinion or journalistic contingency, they have a trajectory that brings them to a very contemporary scenario: the conflict and tensions caused by the confrontation (also dialogue, juxtapositions and limits) between the space of the political and the cultural space. This implies, in particular and from the Dynamic Systems approach, betting on an explanation that not only seeks relationships from the cultural to the political, but also hopes to explain how the social/cultural/political, as an emerging phenomenon , tends, whether we like it or not, to self-organization; that is, to the transformation and adaptation to a social order that, given the approach used, is in constant transformation.
