Abstract

Book in three languages, Spanish, Aymara and English. It contains photographs of dishes and the social family life of Herminia Porras Castro. The cover of the book contains her photograph. Food and the system of which it is a part has become a topic of study of high interest. A gateway to learn about other aspects of culture, such as fashion, just to name a phenomenon that from the so-called cultural studies has moved to other fields.
